At Legend PC, every order is important to us. Our top priority is to get your order into your hands safely. That's why every single order is wrapped in bubble by hand giving each item a blanket of protection before being placed into a cardboard box or courier bag, to prevent any movement during transportation, we take care to fill all gaps with paper and additional bubble wrap to making the box of items very stable and secure.
Once your order is packaged and ready to go we will dispatch your order by using a signature only courier, we will email you the tracking info (when we can as some items are shipped direct from suppliers it can take a day or so before the tracking info is available) to make sure you can track it every step of the way and to make sure it ends up in your hand secure and on time.
*How much is shipping?
Free for all products !!! Plus we even covered the cost for Rural Delivery for you. so you can save more to buy the things you want. All our courier is signature only tracked delivery means that your order will not be left at your requested delivery address unattended and will need to be accepted by signature. (the most secure courier option to give you piece of mind)
*How long does it take for Legend PC to dispatch an order?
Once the payment is received , it's our responsibility to delivery items to you ASAP. For all item with In Stock either with us direct or with our New Zealand suppliers, It normally takes half of a business day to process and dispatch an order.
We also have the "Same Day Dispatch" policy. If the items have been paid for and security checked (If applicable) and is also either in Stock with us direct or our New Zealand suppliers before 1pm on a working day , we will dispatch your order on the same day
Please allow an extra day if there has been a public holiday in that week.
*How long does it take for to dispatch Legend PC Desktop Systems?
At Legend PC, we offer the fastest Desktop Systems delivery without compromise any quality, All our Legend PC system builds take 3 to 5 working days to build & test and dispatch, then allow 1 to 2 working days for depending on your delivery location. Please note we do not start building your system until we have received payment in our account.
*Do you dispatch orders on weekends?
No, as our courier services provider only operates on the weekdays so we are only able to dispatch orders from Monday to Friday.
*How I am able to track my order once the item being dispatch?
When we dispatch and complete your order from our office, we will send you an email with a direct link of your order tracking number so you can track the process of your item delivery all the way. You can also view your order status under your Legend PC online Account at any time. In general, the orders are dispatched in the mid afternoon. You will need to give the courier system at least 2 hours to update their system for you to be able to start tracking your delivery. When dispatch direct from our New Zealand Suppliers we will send through a tracking link when we can as their systems can take a day or so to update us with the tracking info. If you havn't been sent tracking and would like it or worried your item has been delayed or lost let us know ASAP and we will track it and confirm its location. If needed we will chase the freight company to get it dropped off ASAP.
